Boys and girls learn the fundamentals of baseball, including batting, throwing, and fielding. Rag balls will be hit off a tee rather than balls being pitched to the youngster. Good sportsmanship and teamwork are emphasized! Teams practice twice a week the first 2 weeks, then play 2 games per week.
Coach Pitched Baseball ... June - July
Teamwork and good sportsmanship are stressed as boys and girls learn the fundamentals of baseball! Players will learn how to hit, throw, run bases and field. Coaches will pitch to players during games. Kids practice twice a week the first 2 weeks, then play 2 games per week.

Car
Pooling
If you wish to car pool for team sports, fill out a car
pool request form, have it signed by a parent of each child,
and return it to the Park District prior to the registration deadline.
Limited to one request per child. Car pool requests must be submitted
by the registration deadline for each sport as listed in the catalog
or on the web site.
