Fitness Classes - Strength Training

Fitness Classes

The Oswegoland Park District offers fitness classes for adults of all ages and abilities. Whether you like aerobics, strength training, kickboxing, spinning, or yoga, you'll find a program to meet your exercise needs. View a listing of fitness classes, times and locations.

Try Any Class for Free!
Not sure if a fitness program is right for you? Try one class for free before registering for the full session. Please call the Park District office at 630.554.1010 to check on availability of the class you’d like to try, then stop by the front desk to sign a waiver and pick up your Fitness Pass

Free Make-ups
If you miss a class during the session you are welcome to a free make up! You can attend another Park District fitness class as long as space is available. Please call the Park District office at 630.554.1010 to check on availability of the class you’d like to attend, then stop by the front desk to sign a waiver and pick up your Fitness Pass.  

Prorated Fitness Fees
Wishing you had registered for a fitness class that has already begun? You can register any time during the session if there is space available. Your fee will be prorated based on the number of classes left in the session. Feel free to jump right in!

Personal TrainingOur Instructors
All of our fitness instructors are certified by the American Council on Exercise Certification. This means that our instructors have successfully completed a training program that includes the latest developments in safe exercise technique and injury prevention. Many of our instructors are also certified by the Kenneth Cooper Institute for Aerobic Research.

Personal Training
Do you want to take your fitness to a higher level? Need help getting there? Personal training is available through the Park District. Get a customized one-on-one workout!

Times for personal training are flexible. Call Sarah at 630.554.4462 or email scampbell@oswegolandpd.org for more information on personal training and our fitness programs.
