Space Available for Rent
Planning a party, shower, or group meeting? If your plans are bigger than your home, please consider the Park District. We have rooms to rent at several of our facilities. Each room has a different rental fee, depending on the location, size, and amenities available.
Civic Center, 5 Ashlawn Ave., Montgomery IL
Room 1 is the Park District’s largest multi-purpose room. This 65’x 45’ room accommodates up to 150 people depending on the style of seating. A kitchen is adjacent with an oven, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Chairs and 8’ long tables are available to reserve.
Minimum rental is two hours for $200. Each additional hour is $25.
Boulder Point, Zero Boulder Hill Pass, Montgomery IL
Room 3 is a multi-purpose room, great for groups of up to 60 people depending on the style of seating. Chairs and 8’ long tables are available to reserve.
Minimum rental is two hours for $125. Each additional hour is $25.
Our super Gymnastic Area can be rented for a large play party! Rental includes appropriate number of Gymnastic Supervisors, depending on the number of guests attending. Rental fees begin at $125 for one hour.
Gym & Party Room – If your party plans fit into 2 hours with 1 hour of playtime in the gym and another hour in a private room for cake and presents, then consider our combo rate to save money.
Combo party rental (includes one hour in the gym & one hour in Rm 3) is $225.
South Point, 810 Preston Lane, Oswego IL
The Multi-Purpose Room at our newest facility in Oswego is a perfect room for parties and showers, with a kitchen adjacent to it. This room accommodates 30-40 people depending on the style of seating. Chairs and 8’ long tables are available to reserve.
Minimum rental is two hours for $125. Each additional hour is $25.
The Activity Room at South Point is a multi-purpose room that accommodates up to 50 people seated auditorium style, a great place for meetings, trainings, and workshops. Chairs and 8’ long tables are available to reserve.

Rental details for rooms not listed above may be arranged on an individual basis if considered appropriate by the Park District.
Discounts available – When scheduling allows, renting a room during the week while our buildings are staffed reduces the cost of renting. We will pass that savings on to you when we can. Ask a Facility Coordinator for more details. Call 630.554.4477 or email rentals@oswegolandpd.org.
Specifics About Renting
- A rental date must be reserved a minimum of two weeks prior to the event.
- There is no additional charge to use a kitchen that is adjacent to the room being rented, but you must specify that you plan to use the kitchen.
- Additional equipment (other than tables and chairs) that you request to use may be available at an additional cost.
- Alcohol and smoking are not permitted in any park District facilities.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- A $100 deposit is required when reserving a rental date. This deposit will not be refunded if the rental is cancelled less than one week prior to the event.
- Payment in full must be made at least one week prior to the rental date.
- Payment by cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover is accepted.
- A $300 damage deposit is due at the time of booking and will be returned if no damage is incurred during your rental.
- One hour of free set-up time is included provided there is no conflict with another scheduled activity.
- All rentals must be ready to leave the building by 11:00 pm.
